Early Intervention Home Program

Early ACCESS is Iowa’s early intervention home program for infants, toddlers, and their families. To be eligible for the program, a child must be under 3 years of age and have a health or physical condition that affects his or her growth and development, or have a delay in his or her ability to play, hear, see, talk, or move. Each child referred to Early ACCESS is assigned a Service Coordinator who helps guide the family through the evaluation process and assist in coordinating needed services.
