Our Commitment to Quality

Horizons is diligent in promoting a culture of change. We are an agency that values service quality and seeks out ways to improve the services provided to the community.

For Horizons to reach its full potential, it takes the combined efforts of many people. We depend on our Board of Directors, our staff, volunteers, partners and the community-at-large. It is only by this collaborative approach that we achieve strong performance, positive goals and continual improvement.

To oversee the implementation of our commitment to quality, Horizons employs a Quality Assurance Director whose purpose is to direct and monitor the agency’s total quality improvement programs and level of compliance with state licensing requirements and accreditation standards, as well as the research and program evaluation activities of the agency.
